Return & Exchange
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Packages must be accepted before requesting a return or exchange—couriers cannot wait while you open them.
- For size exchanges, place a new order with the correct size, notify us with the new order number, and exchange when the courier delivers (within 2–3 working days).
