All orders are carefully packed and shipped with love from our studio.

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Packages must be accepted before requesting a return or exchange—couriers cannot wait while you open them.
• For size exchanges, place a new order with the correct size, notify us with the new order number, and exchange when the courier delivers (within 2–3 working days).
• Items must be in resalable condition; returns may be rejected if not.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
